Chembra Peak is the highest peak in Wayanad. It is located at a height of 2100 metres above sea level. It is located nearer to Meppadi in the southern part of Wayanad. It would take a full day for going up and coming down .District Tourism Promotion Council provides guides and trekking equipment to tourists visiting Chembra peak. A heart shaped lake on the top of the peak is a major tourist attraction.
